1970s Japanese Shaftesbury Les Paul Electric Bass Guitar.

Quite a rare model , you see plenty of les paul guitars from this period but not many Les Paul basses .
 
This one is very well built and look very cool  , electrically everything works as it should and the shorter scale make it very easy to play .

Looks to be  all original and electrically everything works as it should .

Considering the age of the instrument ( around 40 years old ) it is in good condition it does have playing marks and dings to the finish - all purely cosmetic - the gold hardware has faded which again is to be expected on an instrument of this age  .

Comes with its original hard case which is a bit worn but all the latches work  .
